If I do not notify the Sky Meadows Ranch Board of Trustees Treasurer that I have become a new owner in Sky Meadows Ranch, what happens?

Until you notify the Secretary or Treasurer that you are the new legal owner and pay the transfer fee, you are not an official member of the Sky Meadows Ranch community and are not entitled to use of the facilities or services provided including water. The Sky Meadows Ranch membership transfer fee is $350 per lot. This fee is normally paid at closing. If the fee is not paid at closing, the new owner is responsible for contacting the Sky Meadows Ranch Treasurer and arranging payment.
